Dining in AtlantaAtlanta, Georgia has many dining facilities, a vast array to suit any taste. Among some of the unique are the themed restaurants. Johnny Rockets is one such restaurant and can be found on Alabama Street Southwest. It has 50’s and 60’s décor, oldies blaring from tabletop jukeboxes, and offers a great all-American hamburger and fries menu. The Hard Rock Café is also a great place to visit and can be found on Peachtree Street Northeast. The décor is made up of rock ‘n roll themed memorabilia located throughout the restaurant, rock music playing in the background, and a delicious American cuisine. Another not to be missed is Agatha’s Mystery Dinner Theater, located on Peachtree Center Avenue. Diners get to enjoy a comedy murder mystery that takes place between the servings of a 3-course meal, which includes a salad, a fish or chicken entrée, and a dessert. Atlanta also has its share of fine dining restaurants located throughout the city. On Marietta Street, one can find Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Centennial Park and Rise Sushi Lounge. Ruth’s Chris Steak House can be found in the Embassy Suites Hotel lobby. It offers a great view of Centennial Olympic Park and operates an outdoor patio when weather permits. The Rise Sushi Lounge can be found in the Luckie Marietta District, just one block from the Georgia Aquarium and Centennial Park. The menu offers sushi, Asian tapas, and delicious entrees. Another not-to-be-missed restaurant is Nikolai’s Roof, located in the Hilton Atlanta, on Courtland Street Southeast. The restaurant is known as the 2nd longest standing fine dining restaurant in Atlanta. Along with its French and Russian décor, the restaurant also offers a delicious French and Russian cuisine prepared by Chef Olivier De Busschere. Meals are available as individual dishes, 4-course options, and 8-course options. Valet parking is also available. |
